ECHO STATE PARK
As Utahs newest state park, Echo State Park has a long rich history of outdoor recreation to include camping, boating and fishing. The dam and reservoir 1,394 surface acres were constructed by the Bureau of Reclamation BOR during the Great Depression of the 1930s for agricultural irrigation and in the late 1960s, local Coalville area residents began running the recreation concessions for the reservoir and resort on the property.
