August 17 Pleasantly surprised

My wife and I tent-camped here midweek in August. This is a very nice, well-kept campground with clean restroom facilities, pay showers, ample water spigots and a great beach on beautiful Lake Wenatchee. We were surprised by the lack of flies and mosquitos. The constant wind may be the reason. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. The only downside for me is the lack of privacy as many of the sites are fairly close to each other.

Reserving camping dates? You have to reserve early, these spots as the primo spots, are taken early. Reservations are a must. The campgrounds are our favorites, we did them until the kids got bigger, now we have grandkids, and will be going back in a few years!

November 27 Snow, snow, snow by Jason S

We stopped here over the thanksgiving weekend and there was so MUCH SNOW. My kids had a blast at the park playing and making snowmen!

August 25 campground closed

i just tried to make reservations for labor day weekend and the only thing open is the picnic area.

August 23 Great park

We had a family reunion in the group camp. The campground is beautiful and the staff were very helpful and nice. Bathrooms were kept clean. Bring mosquito repellant, but I think that is true most places.

We have camped here 3 yrs in a row and will return this August for 4th. The lake is amazing for swimming, clear and so refreshing. The campsites are clean, level and perfect for a family. The bathrooms are cleaned daily, rangers are helpful and friendly. Plenty of hiking and beaches and things to do. We absolutely love it and will come back for years to come :)

September 4 First Experience by Don & Vicki Olson

This was our first experience at Lake Wenatchee State Park and it was well worth our long drive!!! Wished we could have stayed longer. Lots of trails to walk and beaches to play and explore. Restrooms and facilities were clean and staff very friendly.

July 13 Lots of mosquitos waiting to bite you by Pat

Our family and some friends just got to this state park during the weekend. Everybody got lots of mosquito bites even we put the spray on our skin and burned coils. My skin was so itchy even I put anti-itch cream so I need to take Benadryl. Many spots were red and swollen. It is a VERY UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE.I want to alert people if you plan to go over there.
